Minnesota Released Inmates is private, has no government affiliation, is not an investigation firm or consumer reporting agency, and provides no FCRA-covered service.
Nature of the Website
This is an independent reference site with no ties to a sheriff, jail, court, MNDOC, or other public body. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a government request for a visitor.
The statewide pages point toward release records and offender-search resources maintained by Minnesota agencies, route readers to county sites, and may connect visitors with outside research tools. Public access to Minnesota government data is controlled by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, including Minnesota Statutes section 13.03, and other applicable law, not by these terms.

- Do not use content for an FCRA-covered decision.
- Do not seek access to systems or data without authorization.
- Do not operate bots, scrapers, or bulk extraction tools.

Third-Party Links
Links may lead to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections pages, Minnesota government portals, county subdomains, legal resources, and outside search services. A link does not endorse the destination. Minnesota Released Inmates is not responsible for another site's content, privacy practices, data handling, terms, or uptime.
Service Provided As Is
The site and all content are supplied "as is" and "as available." No warranty is made about the following matters.
- Accuracy, completeness, or currency
- Continuous and uninterrupted access
- Freedom from errors, defects, or security flaws
- Scope or quality of partner search results
Custody and public-record data change often. Nothing on this private site is an official statement from a Minnesota sheriff, court, MNDOC, or another government agency.
